Our factories have obtained the ISO9001 certificate, and our products have passed some important certifications such as CCC, ECE, DOT,NOM, LATU and INMETRO, GCC, SASOand SONCAP, allowing us to deliver our tires to the global market.

CCC Mandatory Certification

China compulsory product certification referred to as CCC certification or 3C certification. It is a statutory mandatory safety certification system, and is also a basic approach widely adopted in the world to protect the rights and interests of consumers and safeguard the personal and property safety of consumers. The certification issues certificates with “series” as the certification unit, such as 50 series car radial tires.

U.S. Department Of Transportation.DOT

The 11 digits and letters immediately following the “DOT” indicate the identification number or serial number of the tire. The DOT is divided into three levels of ABC, of which Class C is the lowest standard and only meets the minimum performance conditions specified by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).The other two levels are above the standards required by DOT.

SONCAP Certification

Nigeria compulsory certification, in accordance with the specification of a single submission of certification, regardless of full steel and half steel. ECE certificate required.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME FOR TIRES?

Fast Delivery
For regular sizes, we usually keep ready stock to arrange fast delivery time within 2 weeks. For special sizes, we will arrange production every month 15-20th and make delivery next month.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?

We only ship tyres with 40’ HQ. We can also accept a 20’ container if you initially require it.

WHAT IS QUALITY WARRANTY FOR YOUR TIRES?

The intelligent Tire manufacturing by the tire factory will supervise the whole procedures from R&D, raw material selection, mixing, building, pressing and curing, QR control, to warehousing, which practically realizing the lifecycle management for all tires.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERMS FOR TIRES

Usually, we ask for 30% payment TT in advance and the remaining balance will be paid after a copy of the B/L. An irrevocable L/C at sight or OA are also acceptable for some countries or customers.
